Today Taylor Building Products' steel entry doors are manufactured on state-of-the-art metal forming equipment, which includes wing-forming as part of the manufacturing line that began production in 1993. The line is computer-controlled to provide rapid changeovers and high volume production while maintaining tight tolerances. The doors are constructed of two galvanized steel face sheets that are wing-formed on the line, sandwiched together and injected with polyurethane foam. The finished product is a steel edge entry door with outstanding structural integrity and excellent thermal performance.
